We are delighted to announce the promotion of Alejandra Yamasato to Senior Landscape Architect and Laura Buschman to Senior Urban Designer. Both Alejandra and Laura have played key roles in delivering a variety of projects across the practice.

Alejandra Yamasato
Since joining the Practice in 2023, Alejandra has played a key role in design development on several significant and multi-disciplinary landscape design projects, bringing strong creative vision and a commitment to bringing innovative concept designs to life. Alejandra has been instrumental in the design and delivery of the recently completed Emily Square in County Kildare and the Morrison’s Island Public Realm and Flood Defence Project and Lower Lee Flood Relief Scheme which aims to restore, regenerate, and protect this historic area in County Cork.

Laura Buschman
Since joining the Practice in 2022, Laura’s strong creative design, technical skills and sharp communication have played an important role on numerous multi-disciplinary projects across Ireland, and across a range of urban and rural contexts. These include several Town Centre First Plans, including those in Portlaw in County Waterford and Ballinasloe in County Galway, Arklow Waterfront Masterplan in County Wicklow, and Access and Movement Assessments for Wicklow County and the Dublin Mountains.

As part of our continued growth across all sectors, particularly since the formation of our Dublin studio in 2019, Alejandra and Laura will continue to play central roles in understanding and communicating the value of our work to clients and colleagues across Ireland and the UK. Their commitment and passion are integral to how we make a difference by designing places and spaces with people and the environment at their heart.
We hope you will join us in congratulating Alejandra and Laura and wishing them the very best in their new roles.
