Promotions across the practice

As part of our continued growth, we are delighted to share the news of a series of promotions at The Paul Hogarth Company.

 

Eleanor, Bart & Claire

 

Claire Japp, Eleanor Fuller & Bart O’Doherty promoted to Associate Directors

Since becoming overall Practice Manager, Claire has been responsible for all aspects of administration, HR, and financial control in addition to overseeing the business expansion to Belfast and Dublin. Claire provides vital support to the Directors across a wide range of business development tasks while also providing an important point of contact for staff support.

Eleanor has played a key role in delivering a series of landmark projects across the UK, including Runnymede & Ankerwycke, Kirkham Town Centre, and the award-winning Hillsborough Castle. Eleanor has also been at the heart of staff development within the practice, providing mentoring and support to staff at all levels.

Since joining the practice in 2020 Bart has been central to the establishment and growth of the TPHC studio in Dublin, as well as the delivery of a variety of landscape and urban design projects, including the Midleton to Youghal Greenway, Carlingford & Cooley Peninsula Strategy, and Cashel Town Park and Public Realm Works.

Their knowledge, passion, and leadership have been integral to the continued growth and success of the practice.

 

Alison, Philippa & Graeme

 

Alison Hope, Philippa Lewis & Graeme Smith promoted to Associates

Alison’s work and influence has been central to the development and success of the Urban Design team within TPHC across the UK and Ireland, with key projects including Derry & Strabane City Deal, the Carrickfergus Urban Design Strategy, and the award-winning Letterkenny 2040 Masterplan.

In a short space of time Philippa has established herself as a key member of the TPHC team, developing proposals for and delivering works at the highly sensitive site at Runnymede & Ankerwycke, and leading the ongoing Castle Leslie Masterplan and the Dalmore Distillery projects.

Graeme has also played lead roles in delivering a variety of projects for TPHC including Hillsborough Castle, Hendricks Gin Palace, and the award-winning Glenkinchie Distillery.

Their experience, collaboration, and commitment to design have been fundamental to the recent success of The Paul Hogarth Company.

 

Hannah

Hannah Brown promoted to Senior Landscape Architect

Hannah has played a key role in the designing and delivering of interpretation / artwork trails at Slieve Gullion and developing Public Realm proposals for Newry.

Her development at The Paul Hogarth Company is testament to the passion and commitment she brings to her projects and growing influence within the team.
