The historic 17th century Dalquharran Castle, designed by Robert Adam, required interegration with a wider development masterplan. This was achieved through planning, to bring this important building and landscape back into use, along with a sensitively integrated residential opportunity and a signature golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus.
