The village of Gracehill was planned as a new settlement in 1765 and became Northern Ireland’s first Conservation Area in 1975. Having fallen into disuse our design sensitively revitalised the space, restoring historic features and paths while introducing a modern layer of infrastructure to once again place this wonderful square at the heart of the village and its community.
